Welcome to Southampton bbq cooking and food photography training workshops by Julian Porter.
I live in Southampton UK and I run a very successful social photography business and food photography workshops. This led me to the delicious to offer bbq cooking workshops for people wishing to expand their BBQ skills. I have been cooking bbq for almost 40 years and the past 2 years I have cooked almost every single meal we eat cooked over fire on my Kamado Joe ovens or my wood pizza oven.
You can come for a day or an afternoon and learn either getting started with a ceramic grill or some more advanced cooking. You can then enjoy what we cook.
Our bbq days will start this Summer of 2024 more details coming here very soon.
